Philip joined the School of Business in January of 2016. He has over 30 years of experience in the medical device and medical healthcare field, beginning in sales and marketing and then moving into general management, serving as President and CEO of three different medical device companies.
He brings to the classroom an understanding of management and leadership, domestic and international markets, as well as entrepreneurial start-ups, and private-equity corporate structures.
Philip has served in the local church as an Elder, small group leader, and mission chairman. In addition to having served on several non-profit Boards, Philip is currently the Chairman of the Board for Josiah Venture, an Eastern European Youth ministry dedicated to evangelism and discipleship.
His dedication to developing next generation of leaders has included annual trips to Eastern Europe and assisting country leaders in Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Czech, and Slovakia.
He and his wife Becky have three children, and four grandsons. They live on a hobby farm with goats, llamas, and chickens, and welcome the opportunity for guests and students to drop by for a visit.
